Instructions:
1. Adjust the curve of grillz to fit comfortably over teeth.
2. Adjust the prongs in the back to fit behind teeth.
3. Put the FDA Approved Silicone fixing bar in the middle of the grillz
4. Use a tweezers or pliers and pick up the grillz and fixing bar together.
5. Put it all in a hot cup of water (microwaved water is ok) until the fixing bar becomes clear.
6. Look in the mirror and insert into your teeth; wait 2 minutes.
7. Walk around town and smile a lot -- you have a perfect fitting grill!
